
Evaluate therapeutic efficacy and safety using human tissue models. Our screening service compares drug responses between matched healthy and cancer tissue models using advanced organoid and organ-on-a-chip technologies developed at the Acceleration Consortium Self-Driving Lab for Human Organ Mimicry (SDL-6). Screening studies are available in 96- and 384-well formats, enabling medium-throughput evaluation of candidate compounds. By combining physiologically relevant human tissue models with automated liquid handling, high-content imaging, and quantitative analysis, the platform provides detailed insight into both therapeutic efficacy and potential toxicity among parallel studies or within the same study. This approach supports more informative preclinical evaluation than conventional two-dimensional cell culture alone. Each project includes consultation on experimental design, screening execution, quantitative data analysis, and a summary report with interpretation of the results. Customized assays can be developed to address specific research questions or therapeutic targets.
