Matthew Reish

Matthew completed a PhD in physical chemistry focusing on Raman spectroscopy and computational chemistry of organic photovoltaic materials at the University of Otago in New Zealand. His PhD was followed by two post-docs in surface science and spectroscopy at the University of Virginia and as an ORISE postdoctoral fellow. His interest in embedded programming and CAD led him to find an intersectional position between chemistry and engineering in the Hein lab at the University of British Columbia and then as a staff scientist in the AC.
