Carla Brown

Carla Brown is a staff scientist at the Acceleration Consortium. Carla is interested in small molecule drug discovery and medicinal chemistry, with a focus on using chemical tools to understand and advance biology. She received a PhD in chemical biology at McMaster University. Carla previously worked as an associate at the Centre for Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Discovery at University Health Network on hit-finding/hit-to-lead campaigns for novel drug targets and chemical probe development.
