Ranjana Sharma is a passionate leader with over 20 years of science research, development, technology transfer and science management experience, particularly in the Agriculture sector, Indigenous Agriculture and Partnerships, and Clean technologies; led large-scale and horizontal science transformation initiatives in the Canadian Federal Government, implemented organizational change initiatives that foster collaboration, and innovation in the workplace environment; and established successful complex partnerships with several levels of governments, academia, industry, non-profits and Indigenous organizations.
