Bio

As the Acceleration Consortium's communications specialist, Erin is dedicated to making ideas and information easily accessible to a wide audience. Erin spent over a decade working in the arts and cultural sector in Toronto, including at the Harbourfront Centre’s Toronto International Festival of Authors, Canada’s largest literary program, and then at the Ryerson Image Centre (RIC), Ryerson University's art gallery and research centre. While at the RIC, she completed an MBA in technology and innovation part-time at Ryerson’s Ted Rogers School of Management, which led her to a role at the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship, and now to the world of science and commercialization at the Consortium. Erin is convinced that a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach is key to solving some of the world’s biggest problems.
