PRIMITIV

The PRIMITIV station is fully automated with a xyz stage and a camera for detection, with machine vision algorithms detecting and indexing samples. This can be connected in a modular fashion to various electrical, optical and electrochemical probes. A fully automated transfer curve and 4-point probe is currently operational. This work will expand the suite to glass transition temperature and indentation measurements, as well as a generation 2 scanning electrochemical cell. Home-built, its research purpose is automated modular electrical, thickness, imaging, indentation, extrusion.
